George Lobster brings to Italy the iconic lobster roll of the American East Coast, reinterpreted in a contemporary and pop key. The format combines the gastronomic traditions of Maine and Connecticut with an aesthetic inspired by Californian beaches, creating an experience that goes beyond a simple meal. The star of the menu is the lobster roll, prepared with artisanal potato bun developed following the original American recipe and stuffed with lobster and selected shellfish from North Atlantic waters. Alongside the main dish, the menu is periodically enriched by special seasonal rolls available for a limited time. The offer is completed with side dishes inspired by the American tradition, salads and desserts and milkshakes. Great attention is paid to the quality of the ingredients and the design of the spaces, conceived to recreate a young, informal and recognisable atmosphere.
