At Oriocenter, the exhibition MI SONO INNAMORATO (I'm in love) opened, an exhibition marking a new and significant dialogue between contemporary visual culture and one of the symbolic places of everyday commercial life.

The collection of more than 130 works of art, including paintings and sculptures, is presented in one of the former shop spaces: a place with a strong functional identity, which on this occasion becomes a ground for experimentation in the relationship between art and everyday commercial life.

But can art meet a space so defined by its functions? This is the question behind the exhibition, which we invite you to come and discover.

The works on display are distributed over the two floors of a more than 2,000 square metre room following different directions and perspectives. On the lower floor is the narrative of art according to the collector and thus the works are arranged following a chronological path. On the upper floor, on the other hand, two different directions are developed: on the one hand the encounter between figurative and abstract art, and on the other a path through islands that show the collector's particular passions and his focus on authors that were particularly close to his heart, many of them from Bergamo, such as Gianriccardo Piccoli, Giuseppe Milesi, Egidio Lazzarini, Rino Carrara, Marco Rossi, Arturo Bonfanti and Rinaldo Pigola.
